This property takes you back in time with its ornate furniture, wall paper and other accents. Absolutely adored hanging out in the parlor watching the sunset. The new restaurant downstairs is delightful and a lovely way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Enjoyed the pool too although it would be nice to have bigger pool towels but that’s a minor detail. We had an issue with our bathroom and it was taken care of promptly.

Beautiful hotel, inside and out. I loved the turn of the century decor and antiques. Used the business center and it was perfect for my needs. Breakfast was very good for us. Location was right off of the main highway but it was very quiet. Right across the street from Walgreens and gas station and close to fast foods and a beautiful park.

Beautiful hotel and location for a city / town that is more industrial looking than some others on Superior. 1st floor rooms had super tall ceilings. not functional but it sure feels special. great balconies to sit on, fun bar in the hotel, right on the Marina and a walking/biking path the follows the shoreline. The bed was amazing.

Our room was comfortable and the view was incredible! Breakfast was plentiful with a big variety. Staff members spoke with us and were very friendly and personable. We had a concern and they dealt with it totally and immediately. Supper in the downstairs restaurant was excellent. We are recommending it to our family and friends.
